Job Brief

  • We are hiring an Executive Assistant for our CEO to support him in making time, information, and decision processes more effective. The role will be an accelerated learning, as it will provide a brilliant vantage point to see how our organization functions, and how our leaders think and make decisions cutting across clients, people, and organization.
    Responsibilities
  • To provide a complete support service, both administrative and secretarial, to the leadership
  • Management of the calendar on a proactive basis (i.e. manage the calendar to space out meetings, prioritise them, etc. without having to consult on every item or simply accept every meeting request).
  • Management of travel, related logistics and expenses in the most optimal way possible based on an indepth understanding of routes, airlines, alternative modes of transport etc. Must be skilled at complex travel routes and planning, and adept at covering multiple time zones.
  • Facilitation of interaction with external stakeholders
  • Establish relationships with counterparts at other institutions
  • Proactively suggest and set up lunch / dinner arrangements travelling to various destinations
  • Facilitation of interaction with internal stakeholders, including management committee members.

Requirements:


  • Experience in working in a startup and building relationships with respective stakeholders.
  • Excellent organization and prioritization management.
  • Strategic and durable relationship building.
  • Proficient in Microsoft suite (including PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize.
  • Professional, calm, and collected approach to all aspects the job entails.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and orally.
  • Moral and team member support.
  • Client centric.
