Roles and Responsibilities of an M1TR Operator:1.

Machine Operation:

-
Setup and Calibration: Set up the M1TR machine for specific jobs by selecting the correct tools, fixtures, and machine settings. Ensure proper calibration of the machine.

Operation: Operate the M1TR machine to perform various milling operations such as drilling, boring, cutting, and shaping metal or other materials.

Programming: Input and modify basic CNC programs or manual settings to guide the machine in producing parts according to design specifications.

Quality Control:

Inspection: Inspect machined parts using precision measuring tools like micrometers, calipers, and gauges to ensure they meet design specifications and tolerances.

Adjustment: Make necessary adjustments to machine settings or processes based on inspection results to maintain product quality and precision.

Maintenance and Troubleshooting:

Preventive Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on the M1TR machine to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance.

Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues with the machine, whether they are mechanical, electrical, or related to programming.
