WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR ?

We are looking for an enterprising individual with the ZEAL and passion to solve complex problems and manage accounts payables process & stock accounting at सादा / SAADAA.

WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ?

Street Smart : Practical intelligence, adaptability, and the ability to navigate complex situations effectively.
Planning: Develop production plans and schedules to meet production goals and customer demands.
Resource Allocation: Allocate resources, including manpower, equipment, and materials, to maximize efficiency.
Cost Management and Negotiation: Monitor production costs, negotiate and implement costsaving measures without compromising quality.
Process Optimization: Continuously improve production processes to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
Communication: Foster effective communication within the production team and with other departments to resolve issues and coordinate efforts.
Problem Solving: Identify and resolve production issues promptly to minimize downtime and disruptions.
Scouting: A good knowledge of shoot locations.

Skills and Qualifications:

Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate collaboration and problemsolving.
Technical Knowledge: Understanding of production processes and technology relevant to the industry.
Organizational Skills: Effective planning and organization abilities to manage resources and schedules.
Cost Management: Proficiency in cost analysis and budget management.
Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze complex problems and make timely decisions.
Safety Awareness: Knowledge of safety regulations and the ability to enforce them.
Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing production requirements and priorities.
Team Player: Collaboration skills to work with crossfunctional teams and departments.
Aesthetic: A keen eye for aesthetics and details is a must.
Attention to Detail: A meticulous approach to design, ensuring accuracy and quality.
