Handle IVR software and manage the leads.- Follow up dialer calls and convert to business.
- Preparing report on competitor product analysis.
- Corporate with company projects and products.
- Handle the daytoday actions and help the management to achieve success.
- Submit daily reports and statistics to the admin manager while making CC to the concerned manager.
- Interpersonal and excellent communication skills
- English language proficiency
- Should be flexible in working hours (Day/Night)
