    About the Role:


A Customer Success Manager is a strategic and supportive partner for your customers at every stage of the buying process.

They're focused on building loyalty to ensure long-term client retention by presenting product information, addressing customer issues and helping the sales team with upsells and renewals.


What you will be Handling:

  • Work with clients to understand the overall existing workflow
  • Document the existing workflow and martech capabilities.
  • Identify key questions and recommend analysis
  • Create the revised workflow and martech recommendations.
  • Work with clients to implement the initiatives
  • Maintain digital dashboard of several different accounts.
  • Monitor key online marketing metrics to track success.
  • Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners

Key Credentials:
-


  • Bachelor's degree
  • MBA
- equivalent experience in customer support/success, sales, business development or account management.

  • Communication, customer service, reading and writing, leadership, data and analytics.

Key Expertise:

  • 1-3 Years of experience in Digital Marketing & Client handling
  • Good experience in Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media.

Salary:
Up to ₹800,000.00 per year
