About the Role:
A Customer Success Manager is a strategic and supportive partner for your customers at every stage of the buying process.
They're focused on building loyalty to ensure long-term client retention by presenting product information, addressing customer issues and helping the sales team with upsells and renewals.
What you will be Handling:

- Work with clients to understand the overall existing workflow
- Document the existing workflow and martech capabilities.
- Identify key questions and recommend analysis
- Create the revised workflow and martech recommendations.
- Work with clients to implement the initiatives
- Maintain digital dashboard of several different accounts.
- Monitor key online marketing metrics to track success.
- Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
What will you bring along:

Key Credentials:

- Bachelor's degree
- MBA
- Communication, customer service, reading and writing, leadership, data and analytics.
Key Expertise:
- 1-3 Years of experience in Digital Marketing & Client handling
- Good experience in Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media.
Salary:
Up to ₹800,000.00 per year
Schedule:
