  • Management experience (Initiation, Planning, Execution, Monitoring & Control, Closure)
  • Development life cycle knowledge (Vmodel)
  • Customer handling and negotiation skills is critical
  • People management skills, Presentation skills & Good Team management

Added Advantage:

  • Project management certification
  • Process knowledge on CMMI or ASPICE
  • Good communication skills
  • German language proficiency

Qualifications:

BE/BTech
