UNIFY Dots is a global technology and software solutions company specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 based solutions and Web App development.

We are seeking Company Secretary who has significant experience. This is a full-time position. Location - Pune, India.


Job Description:

Your job duties include the following tasks and responsibilities:

  • An in-house legal expert; a compliance officer of the Company.
  • Chief advisor to the board of directors on best practices in corporate governance.
  • Responsible for all regulatory compliances of the company, including but not limited to:
  • Secretarial Compliance: Arranging and conducting Board Meetings, Annual General Meetings and other committee meetings. Drafting of Notice and Agenda for conducting Board Meetings and other Committee Meetings;
  • Maintaining and updating of Statutory Registers/ Records
  • Work with finance team to verify and submit various regulatory returns and forms, including tax, TDS, RBI/FX compliance;
  • Review legal documents including commercial contracts, confidentiality agreements;
  • Monitoring changes in relevant legislation and the regulatory environment; and
  • Coordinating with the Statutory Auditors for all the clarifications in relation to the Secretarial and Legal Compliances of the Company

Qualifications:


  • Qualified and member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ACS)
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Having knowledge and exposure of compliances relating to foreign companies.
  • Good Verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to take initiative
  • 56 years' experience is required
