About the role:

What You Need for this Position:

Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Computational Linguistics or similar field
Prior Proven experience in NLP projects or assignments.
Understanding of NLP techniques for text representation, semantic extraction techniques, data structures and modeling
Ability to effectively design software architecture & Develop innovative solutions in areas such as machine learning, computational linguistics, Natural Language Processing (NLP), advanced and semantic information search, extraction, induction, classification and exploration
Deep understanding of text representation techniques (such as ngrams, bag of words, Glove, Word2Vec embeddings etc.) and statistics and classification algorithms
Ability to write robust and testable code
Have experience of working with machine learning frameworks (e.g. TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras etc.) and libraries (like Scikitlearn, NLTK, SpaCy, Gensim, Stanford CoreNLP etc.).
Strong communication skills
An analytical mind with problemsolving abilities
Experience in setting up supervised & unsupervised machine learning NLP models including data cleaning, data analytics, feature creation, model selection & ensemble methods, performance metrics & visualization.
Handson experience with machine learning techniques such as GLMs, SVM, PCA, NB, Clustering, DTs, deep neural nets (DNN, CNN, LSTM-RNN and transformer models like BERT, Roberta etc.
Experience in designing and developing NLP solutions in one or more of: Named Entity Recognition, Document Classification, Document Summarization, Topic Modelling, Dialog Systems, Sentiment Analysis etc.
Indepth understanding of the basic natural language processing techniques like partofspeech tagging, named entity recognition, morphology, stemming, Lemmatization etc.
Must have good coding experience in Python. Experience of working with python web API's frameworks like Django, Flask and Fast API is a plus.

What You Will Be Doing:

Select appropriate annotated datasets for Supervised Learning methods
Use effective text representations to transform natural language into useful features
Train the developed model and run evaluation experiments
Perform statistical analysis of results and refine models
Explore finetuning methods for supervised learning
Remain updated in the rapidly changing field of machine learning
Create Advanced OCR and Cognitive Data Extraction capability as well as its execution
Responsible for Cognitive extraction, technology delivery and operating model setup
Find/Develop NLP models, train them and evaluate their effectiveness.
Take endtoend ownership of technical aspects of the product.
Define, design and solve some of the unsolved problems.
