Key Responsibilities:

Leadership and Strategy:Provide visionary leadership to the microbiology division, aligning strategies with overall company goals. Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and enhance market presence.

Operational Excellence:Oversee day-to-day operations of the microbiology department, ensuring efficiency, quality, and adherence to regulatory guidelines.
- Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes.
Research and Development:Drive research initiatives to develop new diagnostic technologies and methodologies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring innovative microbiology products to market.

Quality Assurance and Regulatory Compliance:Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory standards and certifications. Implement and maintain quality management systems to uphold product quality and safety.

Team Development:Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of microbiologists and researchers. Foster a collaborative and innovative culture that encourages professional growth.

Collaboration and Networking:Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, including government bodies, research institutions, and industry partners. Represent the company at conferences, seminars, and industry events.
Qualifications:

Educational Background:MD in Microbiology or a related field from a recognized institution.

Experience:Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in microbiology, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

Skills:Strong leadership and strategic planning abilities. In-depth knowledge of microbiology and diagnostic technologies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to navigate regulatory requirements.

Salary:
₹1,000, ₹1,500,000.00 per year
