About the team
Worldpay by FIS is building a community of engineers to develop and deploy a catalog of enterprise-wide consumable products. What you will be doing

Skills Required:

Experience with SCRUM, Agile, SAFe, conflict management, and negotiation skills
People management skills as a scrum master of the team
Handson experience with Rally tool is an advantage

Roles and Responsibilities:

Perform conflict management and negotiations, daily scrum meetings, sprint planning, sprint review, and sprint retrospectives as a scrum master of the team
Work closely with RTE/BA/PO/DEV Managers/Dev Team/QA to ensure all teams understand the business and technical requirements
Assist the BA/PO in prioritizing the product backlog and active development based on business needs and requirements
Drive daily development team standups and answer questions brought up by the team
Serve as the liaison between business stakeholders, development team, and the QA testers
Ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements by delivering the required product drop on time

Education:
Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in Computers/IT Engineering
