What will be your responsibilities?

Being a mentor and guide, who potential learners can look up to for career advice.
Counselling potential learners, helping them plan their career path and understanding how MicroDegree can catalyse their career.
Carrying weekly enrollment/revenue and collection targets.
Establishing the uniqueness and effectiveness of MicroDegree's model of online learning.
Owning the complete sales closing life cycle for leads assigned to you. This includes making phone/video calls, product demonstration, sales closing, and postsales relationship management.
Maintaining a detailed database of all the interactions on the CRM with the leads and providing constant feedback to the marketing team on lead quality.
Looking after the entire sales life cycle: starting from engaging with the large volume of wellqualified leads till the final conversion i.e. enrolment in the program
Creating and maintaining the status of current and potential customers in CRM.

Qualification:

Experience: 1+ years in International BPOs, counseling or sales (travel, BFSI, edtech, fintech), education industry preferred OR Fresher from a reputed institute
Excellent written & spoken English and pitching skills
Must Know Kannada
Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel
