Role and Responsibilities:

  • Gathering information and structural requirements.
  • Using computer software such as Adobe Illustrator & Adobe Photoshop to produce 2D drawings and other software's for 3D rendering & models.(Building Floor plans or property floor plans specifically )
  • Attention to detail, good communication skills, and the ability to work as part of a team.
  • Articulates ideas and brings forth new design/development solutions to the team.
  • Has good work experience in design, color theory and current market trends.
  • Ensures work products are delivered onschedule and comply with best practices and standards.
  • Fulfills multiple project requests, working independently and effectively to meet deadlines.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's Degree or commensurate experience.
  • Hands on experience in Adobe Illustrator/ Corel draw.
  • Creative an eye for good design.
  • Experience in 3D will be an added advantage.
