Description
Issue checks to vendors of Boxer Property using Yardi (software for executing
transactions) and M files.

  • Disbursement to vendors of hotels and resorts owned/managed by Boxer Property using
M3 (software for executing hotel and resorts transactions) and M files.

  • Updating 'Daily Cash Reports' using Yardi and Amegy bank's website to fetch information
required.

  • Providing details of 'Wires' (one of the payment methods used in USA) to property
accountants.

  • Disbursement to vendors through EFTs (Electronic Fund Transfer).
  • Disbursement to Boxer employees for their official expenses using EFT mode of payment.
  • Preparation of 'Draw Data' report using M files, Yardi and MS Excel in order to present to
Beal bank.

  • Experience should be 0 to 3 years
  • Knowledge of Excel is mandatory
  • Banking Experience is preferred
