Job Description for Compliance Officer

  • Read all circulars issued by all exchanges carefully. (I.E. BSE, NSE, MCX, CDSL).Take necessary
steps to resolve the matter through its concerned department.

  • Communicate with all exchanges for other new developments.
  • To submit quarterly, half yearly and annual reports to all exchangers before due date.
  • Submit the net worth certificate to each exchanger on time and report any discrepancy to the
concerned department.

  • Build a relationship with our auditors and stay in touch with auditors for new updates.
  • Keeping all compliances clear, and if any non-compliance work is noticed then resolve it as early
as possible with help of concern team.

  • Stay in touch with all Exchange RM. And update yourself with new compliance.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
₹15, ₹45,000.00 per month
