Description
1. Plan and prepare employee work schedules on weekly basis


  • Assign daily tasks to the housekeeping staff
  • Investigate complaints about service and equipment, and take corrective action
  • Select the most suitable cleaning materials for different types of flooring and surfaces
  • Daily inspection of all assigned areas against area checklists and maintaining the cleanliness standards
  • Ensure that all areas at the property meet the established standards of cleanliness to assure guest satisfaction
  • Take staff attendance on daily basis
  • Provide on the Job training to the house keeping staff
  • Adhere and inspect the staff grooming standards
  • Perform Job rotation of the staff on need basis to increase their domain knowledge
  • Generate weekly, monthly reports of the inventory used for cleanliness purpose

FUNCTIONAL

  • Knowledge of the chemical composition, structure, and properties of substances and of the chemical processes and transformations that they undergo. This includes uses of chemicals and their interactions, danger signs, production techniques, and disposal methods
  • Knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance
  • Basic Knowledge of MS Office
  • Knowledge of English Language

BEHAVORIAL

  • Monitoring — Monitoring/Assessing performance of yourself, other individuals, or organizations to make improvements or take corrective action
  • Coordination — Adjusting actions in relation to others' actions
  • Management of Personnel Resources — Motivating, developing, and directing people as they work, identifying the best people for the job

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
₹300, ₹336,000.00 per year
