Roles & Responsibilities:_

  • Floating request for quotation to different Vendors with technical & commercial aspects & follow up.
  • Preparation of Price Comparison Sheet & award of Purchase Order.
  • Import planning from conception to commissioning.
  • Coordinate with freight forwarders & clearing agent for quick pickup & delivery of material.
  • Strengthening vendor source (locally as well as globally) and developing alternate source of suppliers.
  • Material procurement & purchase planning, ensuring continuous supply at optimum costs.
  • Evaluating & negotiating with vendors for price & various other commercial terms.
  • Independent dealing with foreign principals & indigenous vendors.
  • Generating reports for various parameters related to Vendor Development, Purchase Activities, Stock Updates.
  • Maintaining confidentiality about the office work.
  • Stock checking by visiting workshop weekly

Skills:


  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English language
  • Outgoing personality and service driven with a positive and "can do" attitude
  • Proactive and selfmotivated in problem solving
  • Knowledge on import and export documentation and procedures
  • Working Days : Monday to Saturday (2nd & 4th Saturday Off) | 09:30am to 05:30pm_
