Requirements
- Proficient, strong Verbal/Spoken Communication and written is required in both English and French
- 4+ years of experience in French Domain
- Customer service skills (Good listening skills, communicate well, solve problems, demonstrate patience and understanding, rapport building, ensure customer satisfaction, and resolve customer complaints)
- Good writing skills, patience, attention to details.
- Technical skills
Responsibilities
- Social media posting (Training will be provided)
- Keeping yourself organized and being able to prioritize tasks
- Interact with client's affluent people
