Description

As a Principal in GSEB, your primary responsibility will be to provide effective leadership and management to ensure the smooth functioning of the educational institution under the Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board.

You will be responsible for creating a positive learning environment, overseeing curriculum implementation, managing staff, and promoting the overall development of students.


Responsibilities:


  • Provide visionary leadership to the educational institution, setting goals and objectives aligned with the GSEB's guidelines and policies.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance the quality of education and improve student outcomes.
  • Oversee the implementation of the curriculum, ensuring it meets the educational standards set by the GSEB.
  • Supervise and support teaching staff, providing guidance, professional development opportunities, and performance evaluations.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes student engagement, discipline, and overall wellbeing.
  • Collaborate with parents, guardians, and the community to establish strong partnerships and support student success.
  • Manage administrative tasks, including budgeting, resource allocation, and facility maintenance.
  • Stay updated on educational trends, research, and best practices to continuously improve the educational institution.
  • Ensure compliance with GSEB regulations, policies, and procedures.
  • Handle disciplinary matters and resolve conflicts among students, staff, and parents in a fair and effective manner.

Salary:
₹30, ₹35,000.00 per month
