Roles and responsibilities
**Note

  • Cheque related work
  • Bill related work such as, electricity, water, phone, broadband etc.
  • Maintain all files.
  • Maintain stationery and housekeeping stuffs.
  • Keep stationery record
  • Filing documents and places at dedicated space.
  • Make purchase order for required materials.
  • Courier related task
  • Coordinate with field boys and send them out for the required things
  • Coordinate with internal team members regarding requirement stuff.
  • Coordinate with vendors regarding price quotation.
  • Office maintenance (carpet, electrical, plumbing, paint, camera etc.
  • Maintain excel file of petrol receipt (field executives)
  • Update extension list, bank account details, address, cheque book etc.

Required skill sets

  • Previous work experience as an Office/ Back office Executive.
  • Knowledge of computer operating systems and MS Office software.
  • Highlevel written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic knowledge of financial and accounting software.

Job Type:
Regular / Permanent


Salary:
₹12, ₹20,000.00 per month
