Pratt & Whitney (P&W) Digital Technology team is seeking a high-energy individual to join our Engineering Applications team where you will have the opportunity to design and set forward direction for PLM systems in support of the engineering community and P&W's Product Lifecycle Management environment.

You will be part of a highly collaborative team responsible for delivery of Product and Application Support to our customers and partners.


Key responsibilities:


  • Work collaboratively with internal partners to plan and execute global PLM requirements in support of world class system availability and performance.
  • Partner with engineering PLM discipline team to provide full product lifecycle management.
  • Participate on the PLM Interdisciplinary Program Management Team to provide technical expertise and maintain project continuity and communicate deployment plans.
  • Own and author the P&W PLM roadmap including technologies and industry best practices.
  • Consulting with Engineering customers to advise on key PLM product and configuration challenges.
  • Advise on enterprise PLM integration solutions to enable endtoend data connectivity across the organization.

Education
and Experience:

Bachelor's Degree (required) and 13+ years' experience; or Master's Degree (preferred) and 11 years' experience. Preferred fields include Computer Science, Engineering, MIS or related business discipline(s).

  • Ability to design and implement solutions for Teamcenter.
  • Possess exceptional written and oral communication skills, can develop clear, concise and logically written business communications, as well as deliver recommendations effectively to demanding audiences.
  • Proven track record communicating to senior business leaders regarding PLM.
  • Demonstrated effectiveness working in a complex, serviceintensive, deadlinedriven environment.
  • Ability to build strong relationships to leverage information and insights across key groups.
  • Strong personal leadership, organizational, relationshipbuilding, and negotiation skills.
  • Outstanding formal and informal presentation skills.
  • Ability to inspire confidence in senior management and to be recognized as the authority by many stakeholders.
  • Selfstarter with selfconfidence, enthusiasm, and strong customer service orientation.

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Ability to provide strategic technical PLM leadership and lead by influence the creation of longterm strategy (e.g., more than 3 years) roadmaps in a virtual environment
  • Highly skilled at analyzing business process and seeing opportunities for digital solutions
  • Possess functional Teamcenter knowledge in areas such as: configuration management, BOM management, NX/CATIA integration, Active Workspace, SAP or Enterprise Integration, manufacturing process planning, manufacturing resource library, process simulation, Reporting & Analytics, Teamcenter API protocols.
  • Experience in supplier management, Project Management, SDLC, Waterfall and Agile methodologies
  • Good communication skills, work ethic and a high level of personal integrity and accountability
  • Willingness to learn new technologies & take on new projects to grow experience
  • Highly selfdirected and able to learn quickly with a solid ability to drive and deliver results
  • Strong analytical skills, demonstrated organizational and leadership skills, examples of effective teamwork, a track record of consistently meeting deadlines and due dates
  • You're comfortable working with mínimal daily supervision and to balance numerous priorities
  • Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure, in a fastpaced environment of rapidly changing demands
  • Experience designing and implementing automated solutions.
