Responsibilities:
End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring timely and quality hires.

Onboarding:
Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into their roles.

Background Verification:
Oversee background verification processes, ensuring zero BGV failures through meticulous documentation and reporting.

Vendor Management:
Manage relationships with external vendors responsible for background checks, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.

Requirements:

Bachelor's / Master's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
Proven 14 years of experience in endtoend recruitment and background verification processes.
Strong understanding of sales processes and requirements.
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders in a fastpaced environment.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and document verification tools.
Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations governing background checks.
Resultsoriented mindset with a focus on achieving hiring targets and maintaining BGV integrity.
