OVERALL PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:

Alstom Services platform offers a wide range of business solutions for Rolling Stocks (train, metro, tramway ), Signalling and Infrastructure products: maintenance, modernization, technical support and parts services.

Several solutions are being implemented to optimize Alstom Service business processes and provide services to customers: maintenance management system, service execution system, maintenance documentation, dashboards, eCommerce for spare parts, customer web portal, eLogbook, maintenance planning optimizationbased on technologies such as SAP, Salesforce, Apriso, Anaplan, Arbortext, QlikSense, Maximo.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

As an ERP Plant Maintenance Expert, you are in charge on your functional scope to:

Be the point of contact of Plant Maintenance Stream for every customer interfaces and rollout projects.
Monitor and contribute to the rollout projects in term of deliverables and periodic reporting of these activities.
Ensure the ERP Services core model (Solution+Process & rules) is well documented, evolves consistently and is not Jeopardized by localizations.
Arbitrate on decisions and be responsible of the consistency of the deployed solution.
Delivering ERP Services core model evolution in accordance with Metier strategy
Interacting with Operations team by monitoring their activities & Providing funcitonal expertise when needed
Review and coordinate with Deployment team to define scope including org structure, functional scope, applicative landscape, and local gaps (contractual and regulatory)
Continuously propose improvements of our implementation methodology

In order to be able to execute all the responsibilities' above, you will be working with our external partners. In addition, you will be constantly liaisoning between partners and local business in order to drive different projects successfully.

When it comes to our applicative landscape, you will be working not only with partners and business but also with other IS&T teams in other pillars.

Your functional expertise will be needed in order to deliver the different projects with high quality and on time.

Inquiry & Quotation
Contract & Sales order
Repair quote and order
Billing
Inter & Intra exchange
Customer Service processes including notifications

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

BEHAVIORAL COMPETENCIES:

You are action-oriented person with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. You are a self-starter and result-oriented person.

Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills are a must because you will need to work autonomously in a worldwide & multicultural environment.

You should be agile to handle multiple tasks efficiently, keeping the big picture, and effectively delivering outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES & EXPERIENCE:

Language skills: English expertise is a must both spoken and written.
Knowledge of SAP Plant Maintenance is must with experience in implementation, rollout and support.
Strong knowledge on Idocs and exposure to interfaces with external systems
Strong integration knowledge of SAP PM and CS modules with other SAP ERP modules such as MM, PP, FI, Controlling etc.
