Responsibilities
- Daily roll call and check adequate manpower is available
- Develop and monitor patrol surveillance schedule and activities. Supervises and participates in making rounds, inside or outside of buildings and around equipment yards; watches fires or any other damage of loss or damage property.
- Trains and instructs assigned employees in the effective use of safeguarding techniques, operation of security equipment, and completion of assigned routes.
- Enforces rules or regulations and supervises staff in assignments pertaining to the safeguarding of buildings to which assigned.
- Reports disturbances or suspicious circumstances which cannot be disposed of to the HODs.
- Supervises and participates in seeing that lights are off or on, as required and that gates and doors are properly locked.
- Monitor Security daily activity records, security incident reports and provide followup investigations as needed.
- Monitor performance of contract security staff.
- Establish and maintain relationships with local law enforcement authorities to assist at Dr. Mehtas when needed.
- Assist Security Staff with response to events that require back up.
- Develop and monitor work schedules; and evaluate work performance and initiate performance counseling and disciplinary actions when appropriate.
- Evaluate Security documentation, recommend and implement appropriate changes to improve skills when necessary.
- Question unauthorized persons discovered in the area and inform to your reporting head
- Supervises staff or participates in preventing unauthorized persons from entering assigned closed parts of buildings or grounds; keeps a record of people and vehicles entering and leaving property.
- Responsible for administrative backup call during nonfirst shift hours weekends and holidays.
- Coordinates emergency services with other medical and supportive activities.
- Participates and contributes to the educational activities in the service.
- Participates and contributes to all the Quality Improvement activities of the service.
- Utilization & Management of Keys
- Quarterly Auditing of keys and maintaining of key register
- Monthly team training
- Performs any other tasks and duties appropriate to his/her realm of knowledge, skills and experience as required by the management.

₹25, ₹26,000.00 per month
