RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Learning and understanding company insurance products.
  • Working on renewal of clients and coordinating with customersAccessing customer accounts and policy schedules.
  • Providing customers with detailed information about policies and products.
  • Recommending available products.
  • Typing up complaint reports.
  • Prepare quotation, Policy, Claims

REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS:


  • Interested to working as a Underwriter, Claims, Customer support etcGeneral insurance products and policy schedules.
  • Friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of database software.
  • Highlevel typing skills.
  • Ability to remain calm in stressful situations.
  • Ability to explain detailed policy concepts in a simple way.

Salary:
₹15, ₹35,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
