Cloud Infrastructure Solution Professional with a title of
Sr. Associate - IT Infrastructure in the
Cloud Managed Services

Responsibilities:

- **Cloud Infrastructure Design and Deployment**:
  • Collaborate with cross
  • functional teams to plan and design cloud infrastructure using AWS services.
  • Implement best practices for scalability, security, and performance.
- **Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution**:
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues related to the cloud infrastructure.
  • Resolve incidents promptly to minimize downtime.

- **Security and Compliance**:
  • Implement security best practices, including access controls, encryption, and compliance.
  • Ensure adherence to industry standards and regulations.

- **Migration and Modernization**:
  • Assist in migrating existing Windows workloads to AWS.
  • Explore opportunities for workload modernization, such as refactoring or containerization.

- **Collaboration and Documentation**:
  • Work closely with other IT professionals to ensure smooth operations.
  • Document configurations, processes, and procedures.

Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum of 12 years of hands-on experience in managing Windows-based systems, with at least 3 years specifically focused on AWS.

Certifications: AWS Certified Solutions Architect or AWS Certified DevOps Engineer (preferred).

Technical Skills:


  • Proficiency in AWS services related to Windows workloads (e.g., EC2, RDS, S3, IAM, VPC).
  • Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft SQL Server.
  • Scripting skills (PowerShell, Python, or similar).

Communication and Teamwork:


  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.
  • Ability to work in an agile, fastpaced environment.
