Call Center Executive - Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India - Guardian Management Services
Description
Handling in bound/out bound telephone calls, cold-calling prospects, correspondence, arranging meetings & the like.- Achieve / exceed Sales Targets through outbound Telesales.
- Day to day operational duties including client need analysis, exposure analysis, negotiations with client/underwriters, claims handling and/or any other service issue related to the Operations.
- Assisting in resolving customer complaints/disputes.
- Keeping a record of calls and relevant details.
- Any other duties in conjunction with the job profile or as may be delegated from time to time by the Management.
- Ensure that all the activities conducted are strictly adhering to the Quality policies & procedures of the organisation.
Good knowledge in using Excel.
With good english oral and written communication
