Description
Handling in bound/out bound telephone calls, cold-calling prospects, correspondence, arranging meetings & the like.

  • Achieve / exceed Sales Targets through outbound Telesales.
  • Day to day operational duties including client need analysis, exposure analysis, negotiations with client/underwriters, claims handling and/or any other service issue related to the Operations.
  • Assisting in resolving customer complaints/disputes.
  • Keeping a record of calls and relevant details.
  • Any other duties in conjunction with the job profile or as may be delegated from time to time by the Management.
  • Ensure that all the activities conducted are strictly adhering to the Quality policies & procedures of the organisation.
BOTH MALE and Female preferred.

Good knowledge in using Excel.

With good english oral and written communication

Range: 18 k to 25 k

Freshers - 18 k

Timings: 9:30 to 6 pm
