Key Responsibilities

Setting up, developing & maintaining CI \ CD Pipeline on Azure.
Configuring & setting up of dockers environment & creation of docker images.
Setting up of High Availability using Azure Kubernetes [AKS]
Setting up of monitoring tools like Dynatrace
Deploying/supporting/maintaining of ALM Applications in enterprise level.
Design & architecture, installation, configuration, maintenance, version upgrades, and deploy fixes / patches in a regulated manner for different ALM Applications (SonarQube, Checkmarx, SD Elements ,etc.)
Resolving all troubleshooting issues, such as Client / server, Application / Database, Network, Storage, installation issues, and allaround Application usability, availability, performance, and scalability topics.
Create efficient, reliable infrastructure with code, automate processes and provide operational support. Build and maintain tools for deployment, monitoring, and operations.
Provide oncall support to resolve and/or escalate production incidents or issues outside normal working hours including support during software deployment/release activities.
Driving technical issues to resolution: from qualifying the issue, to reproducing it and conducting an indepth technical investigation (being in touch with the customer and managing their expectations all along the way)
Addressing all tickets w.r.t Incident Management, Change Management & Problem management.
