Academic Counsellor
Roles and Responsibilities:
- To Counsel the students who walk in for the enquiry of the course for Digital Marketing and content writing. (Training will be provided for this). No field work required.
- Convert hot leads customers who are interested in Digital Marketing and content writing courses.
- Followup with students regarding their visit to the centre and arranging demo classes for them if required.
- Coordinate with trainers to frame the batch calendar and flow of classes.
- Responsible for student enrolment process which includes fee collection in the form of cash/ cheque/online transfer and collection of proofs.
- Keep the students updated about the day to day classes to be conducted.
- Maintaining day to day reports as required.
