**Should have good understanding of Regional Market (This is based on location of position)

  • Understanding Customers business requirements, existing engagements and conceptualizing solution mechanism to meet those requirements.
  • Drive the Product sales for the region.
  • Presentations on Product and its offerings to the Govt/CXO of potential clients.
  • Solicit and bring business from newer accounts
  • Achieve planned Order Booking targets annually at acceptable Gross Margin Levels
  • Review proposals
  • Should have a mechanism to generate leads and drive them to closure.
  • Should not be hesitant to do cold calls.
  • Perform targeted prospecting of Govt/Enterprises/SMB for larger deal sizes, aligned with business and growth goals.
  • Achieve Targets on Yearly/Quarterly/Monthly basis.
  • Develop and Manage sales across the eastern part of the country with right product mix, with P&L accountability
  • Own and manage sales process within Business relationships aimed at delivering on Revenue and volume across multiple channels.
  • Strategize and successfully execute Sales plans.

Minimum Requirement:

  • Graduate in any discipline a must.
2. 2 years' experience in IT Product Sales (Preferably Software)

  • Should have good understanding of Regional Market in SMB/Enterprise vertical
  • Excellent written skills and ability to communicate well with clients from various geographies
  • Should be willing to sell IT Products

Knowledge & Skill:

  • Planning, budgeting, Analytical and cost management experience.
  • Product pricing negotiation with partner/customers/SI customers.
  • Key role in launch of new product.
  • Ability to lead effectively in a demanding, fast paced, team environment.
  • Good regional connect with Govt Accounts and their CIO/Project Head for the region
  • The ability to create demand for products or services by identifying, tracking and measuring customer business value
  • Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
