Key Responsibilities:

Child Development:


  • Foster a nurturing and caring environment for young learners.
  • Support children in their emotional, social, and cognitive development.

Teaching and Curriculum:


  • Plan and implement ageappropriate lessons and activities.
  • Create a stimulating and engaging curriculum that promotes learning through play.
  • Introduce fundamental concepts such as language, math, and social skills.

Communication:


  • Maintain open communication with parents or guardians regarding children's progress and development.
  • Provide feedback on the child's behavior, achievements, and challenges.

Classroom Management:


  • Establish and maintain a safe and organized classroom.
  • Manage behavior and encourage positive interactions among children.

Health and Safety:


  • Ensure the wellbeing and safety of children at all times.
  • Follow health and safety protocols in the classroom.

Collaboration:


  • Work collaboratively with other teachers, staff, and administrators.
  • Attend meetings and participate in professional development activities.

Qualifications:

  • A degree in early childhood education, primary education, or a related field.
  • Previous experience working with young children.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for children.

Salary:
₹11, ₹22,000.00 per month
