**Take ownership of the projects and ensure end to end implementation to clients satisfaction.

To handle and service existing clients and generate new business from them on an on-going basis.

  • Constantly build on new themes, ideas, concepts and keep abreast with latest event trends & solutions for clients
Ability to think creatively and make presentations as per the brief.

Making proposal presentations and should be able to present the same to the clients.


Meet and exceed the client's expectation in terms of responsiveness, timeliness, quality and cost effectiveness, ensure total client satisfaction - Maintain effective co-ordination between client, creative/ Design and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of projects.

- Follow the appropriate client approval protocols. - Maintain continuous follow-up with external & internal teams till the completion of the job

Build innovative strategies to retain key clients. - Timely submission of quotations & ensuring timely PO's

Ensure all payments are received on time. - Manage client escalations with minimum involvement of Higher Management. - Leverage on client feedback and ensure continuous reinvention. - Come up with suggestions to enhance the event's success. - Team meetings pre / on / post event so avoid last minute issues.

  • Payment Recovery.
  • Report preparation.
  • Maintain database of the clients and vendors contact information.
  • Share work of the day and the same update in the daily report sheet.
