We are hiring for our premium client.


Responsibilities:


  • Greeting and welcoming customers/clients as they approach the front desk with hospitality and Manage Walkins.
  • Setting a positive office atmosphere and keeping the front desk/office tidy and presentable with all necessary material.
  • Organising and maintaining files, records, documents and daily attendance records of the employees.
  • Attending and routing phone calls, Listening to the customers, Gathering and documenting customer info, follow ups and scheduling appointments.
  • Been Up To Date on all projects info and informing customers about recent updates.
  • Answering customers queries about the project and as needed directing to respective executive/management.
  • Posting the project info as needed to the social media and attending marketing related events when directed.
  • Ability to explain the product and convince the customer.

Salary:
₹25, ₹26,000.00 per month
