ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To provide excellent Customer Service
- Calling the insurance carriers to get insurance benefits of the patients. status of claims.
- Willing to work in any process pertaining to voice based on the requirement
- Maintaining daily productivity and quality targets.
- Communicate in a professional manner with customers at all times.
- Work cohesively in a team setting. Assist team members to achieve shared goals.
- 5 days working
- 2 days weekoff
Skills Needed:
-
Excellent Communication in English:
- Basic typing skill.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office & spreadsheets.
- Proper grammar and spelling in written communications
Salary:
₹12, ₹30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Tamil Nadu:
