As Receptionist you will work closely with the people on different levels (Visitors, Business Partners, BH Staffs, Vendors) operations discipline to provide administrative support to the team

What will success look like?
- Playing a key role in the support team, delivering excellent performance
- Developing internal and external networks.

- Solving all problems effectively.
A detailed overview of your responsibilities is as follows
- Answering phone calls.
- Greeting customers and visitors to the office, ensuring guests are comfortable and are connected with the right office personnel.
- Managing conference and community spaces
- Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, including faxes, mail, and courier packages
- Filing and organizing office records, invoices, and other important documentation.
- Ordering Catering for meetings and events.
- Making staff travel bookings (Hotel and Flights)
- Executives Assistant Duties (PA) to support KSA leadership.
Qualifications and Experience
- Relevant qualification or working toward a relevant qualification
- Proven experience in a comparable role demonstrating a solid foundation in administrative support
- Strong team player capability, Proven ability to effectively prioritise workflow
- Effective communication in English
- Understanding of relevant policy and regulation
Excellent IT skills and proficient user of:
- Microsoft Office 36
- Sharepoint
- MS Teams
Experience in:
- Setting up and maintaining administrative procedures and quality management systems
- Maintaining quality management systems
- Supporting a team of people as well as working on a onetoone basis.
