JOB DESCRIPTION

PRIMARY JOB FUNCTIONS

1. Initiate and conduct outbound calls to potential customers with the goal of promoting
our products/services, generating leads, and closing sales.

2. Engage with customers in a professional and persuasive manner, addressing queries,
providing information, and building rapport to enhance customer satisfaction.

3. Identify and qualify potential leads through proactive calling and follow-up, ensuring a
consistent pipeline of opportunities for the sales team.

4. Effectively communicate product features and benefits to prospects, overcome
objections, and close sales deals in line with set targets.

5. Accurately record customer information, interactions, and transactions in the CRM
system, ensuring data integrity and completeness.

6. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing to the overall
success of the sales team.

7. Provide valuable feedback from customer interactions to the sales and marketing
teams to continuously improve product offerings and customer satisfaction.

8. Collaborate with team members, share best practices, and actively participate in team
meetings to contribute to a positive and high-performance work culture.

Qualifications:

1. High school diploma or equivalent

2. Proven experience as a Telecaller.

3. Excellent communication skills

Pay:
₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
