Description

As a Tele Caller Counselor specializing in student conversations, your primary role will be to assist students in making informed decisions about choosing the right coaching institute for their exam preparation needs.


You will engage with students over the phone, address their queries, provide guidance, and offer counseling support to help them select the most suitable coaching institute based on their requirements and goals.


Key Responsibilities:

Conduct Telephonic Counselling:

Communicate with students via telephone to understand their career goals, exam aspirations, and requirements for selecting a coaching institute.


Provide Coaching Institute Information:

Explain the features, teaching methodologies, faculty expertise, infrastructure, success rates, and track records of different coaching institutes to help students make well-informed decisions.


Answer Student Queries:

Address student inquiries regarding coaching institute facilities, study materials, teaching styles, fee structures, batch timings, and any other relevant factors that influence their decision-making process.


Assess Student Needs:

Evaluate the educational background, learning preferences, budget constraints, location preferences, and specific requirements of students to suggest coaching institutes that align with their individual needs.


Advise on Institute Selection:

Provide guidance and recommendations based on the student's aspirations, strengths, weaknesses, and other factors, helping them choose the most suitable coaching institute for their exam preparation.


Assist in Comparison:

Help students compare different coaching institutes based on factors such as reputation, faculty expertise, success rates, alumni feedback, course duration, study materials, and overall value for money.


Follow-up and Feedback: Maintain regular communication with students to gather feedback on coaching institutes they have considered or joined, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any post-selection concerns.


Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline
  • Proven experience in counseling, customer service, or related roles, preferably in an educational or coaching institute environment
    atleast of 1 year experience:
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively.
  • Empathetic and patient approach in handling student queries, concerns, and decisionmaking processes.

Salary:
₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Mohali, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:


  • Bachelor's (preferred)

Experience:


  • Telecalling: 1 year (required)
