**Job Title: Support Engineer ( Shift

Rotation)
POS**
Must to have Skills: JumpMind or Oracle Retail Point of Service ( OrPOS)

Roles & Responsibilities:

Work very closely with L1/L2 Support team and Trouble shoot & analyze the production issues, have discussion with dev & QE Team and provide the fix

Design and develop products using Java, Spring Boot & Microservices
Create and maintain necessary software design and relevant documentation.
Participate in group sessions within developer community and share knowledge
Effectively resolve problems and roadblocks as they occur, consistently following through details while driving innovation as well as issue resolution
Must have worked on L2 /L3 Support roles

Skills required to contribute:

5+ years of total IT experience with special focus on POS L2/L3 Support.

3+ years of experience with Java, Spring, Spring Boot, Microservices
Retail Domain experience Xstore POS
Core Java experience
Hands on in SOAP / REST WEB service
Trouble shooting skill for analysing problem tickets / production issues
Good knowledge of PostgreSQL, PubSub, Rabbit MQ
Experience in GIT
Cloud awareness - GCP or AWS
Good Communication skills
Experience in checking the Production logs ( Grafana or Splunk )
Experience with Agile development methodologies
