Job Summary:

As a Field Sales Intern in Web Development, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by identifying potential clients and promoting our web development services.

You will work closely with the sales and marketing team, gaining hands-on experience in the sales process, understanding client needs, and building strong relationships with prospective customers.


Responsibilities:


Prospecting and Lead Generation:

Conduct research to identify potential clients in the target market and generate leads through various channels, including networking events, online platforms, and referrals.


Sales Presentations:

Assist in delivering compelling sales presentations to prospects, showcasing our web development expertise and demonstrating how our services align with their specific business needs.


Client Needs Assessment:

Engage with potential clients to understand their website requirements and challenges, gathering valuable insights to tailor our solutions effectively.


Follow-Up and Relationship Building:

Follow up with leads and maintain ongoing communication to nurture relationships, address queries, and move prospects through the sales pipeline.


Sales Support:
Collaborate with the sales team to prepare proposals, quotes, and contracts for potential clients.


Market Research:
Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and best practices to contribute to effective sales strategies.


Participate in Industry Events:

Represent the company at networking events, trade shows, and conferences to expand our network and promote our web development services.


CRM Management:
Utilize our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to track interactions, manage leads, and ensure accurate sales data.


Requirements:


Education:
Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field (if applicable).


Sales Aptitude:
Demonstrated interest in sales and a desire to pursue a career in the field.


Excellent Communication Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication skills to articulate ideas and interact effectively with clients.


Technical Knowledge:
Basic understanding of web development concepts and technologies is a plus but not mandatory.


Confidence:
Self-confidence and a persuasive demeanor to engage potential clients and represent the company professionally.
