Roles and Responsibilities:


  • Develop and manage advertisements on Google and Meta as per changing audience requirements.
  • Execute tests, collect and analyze data, identify trends and insights to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns.
  • Manage campaign expenses, staying on budget, estimating monthly costs, and reconciling discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including content marketing and web development, to ensure alignment of SEM strategies with overall marketing objectives.
  • Continuously test and iterate on SEM strategies to drive continuous improvement and achieve business goals.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in SEM or similar role, with a track record of optimizing paid search campaigns.
  • Proficiency in SEM tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, or similar platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Creative thinking and problemsolving abilities, with a focus on driving results and achieving business objectives.
  • Must have leadership skills to perform the SEM strategies aligned with business objectives.

Pay:
₹16, ₹26,000.00 per month
