Responsibilities:

User Research:
Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and motivations.
Analyze and interpret feedback from users to inform design decisions.

Information Architecture:
Develop information architecture and user flows to create seamless navigation.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize features.

Wireframing and Prototyping:
Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to illustrate design concepts.
Iterate on designs based on user feedback and testing.

Visual Design:
Design visually appealing interfaces that align with brand guidelines.
Create high-fidelity mockups and design assets for development.

Interaction Design:
Define and implement interactive elements to enhance user engagement.
Ensure consistency in design across various platforms.

Usability Testing:
Plan and conduct usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to incorporate feedback.

Collaboration:
Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and implementation.
Effectively communicate design concepts and decisions.

Stay Current:
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies.
Continuously improve design processes and workflows.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or a related field.
Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
Strong portfolio showcasing design skills and projects.
Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Figma, or similar.
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic frontend development principles.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with motion design and/or prototyping tools (e.g., InVision, Principle).
Familiarity with design systems and componentbased design.
Understanding of accessibility and inclusive design principles.
Experience in mobile app design.

Salary:
₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
