Job Overview:
As an Area Sales Executive, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets within your designated area.
You will play a key role in developing and implementing sales strategies, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Target Achievement:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned area.
- Regularly analyse sales data to assess performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Understand client needs and provide customised solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Address client inquiries and concerns in a timely and effective manner.
Market Research:
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Conduct regular market research to identify new opportunities and potential challenges.
- Provide feedback to the management team on market dynamics and customer preferences.
Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to align strategies and maximise sales opportunities.
- Provide support and guidance to sales representatives within the area.
- Reporting:
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, detailing achievements, challenges, and future plans.
- Present findings and recommendations to the management team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong understanding of the local market and industry trends.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Salary:
₹18, ₹20,000.00 per month
