Job Overview:

As an Area Sales Executive, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets within your designated area.


You will play a key role in developing and implementing sales strategies, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and driving business growth.


Key Responsibilities:


Sales Target Achievement:


  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned area.
  • Regularly analyse sales data to assess performance and adjust strategies accordingly.

Client Relationship Management:


  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Understand client needs and provide customised solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Address client inquiries and concerns in a timely and effective manner.

Market Research:


  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
  • Conduct regular market research to identify new opportunities and potential challenges.
  • Provide feedback to the management team on market dynamics and customer preferences.

Team Collaboration:


  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to align strategies and maximise sales opportunities.
  • Provide support and guidance to sales representatives within the area.
  • Reporting:
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports, detailing achievements, challenges, and future plans.
  • Present findings and recommendations to the management team.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Strong understanding of the local market and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Adaptability to a dynamic and fastpaced work environment

Salary:
₹18, ₹20,000.00 per month
