Job Title:
Horticulture Executive

Job description

  • Plant Cultivation: Supervise and participate in the planting, transplanting, watering, fertilizing, and pruning of plants to ensure optimal growth and health.
  • Pest and

Disease Management:

Implement strategies for pest and disease control, including the use of pesticides, biological controls, and integrated pest management techniques.


  • Soil Management: Monitor soil conditions and implement appropriate measures for soil improvement, including composting, mulching, and soil testing.
  • Water Management: Develop irrigation schedules and systems to ensure efficient water usage and prevent water wastage.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of plant inventory, including tracking plant species, quantities, and locations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Horticulture, Botany, or related field
  • Proven experience in horticulture, landscape design, or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of plant species, cultivation techniques, and landscape design principles.
  • Experience with plant health care practices, including pest and disease management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and problemsolving abilities.

Salary:
Rs. 20k PM depending on experience


Pay:
₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Day shift

Experience:
