Job Description:

As an Immigration Consultant specializing in Study Permits at AMK Global Groups, you will play a crucial role in assisting clients through the complex process of obtaining study permits for international education.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

Client Consultation:
Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their educational goals, background, and specific immigration needs.
Provide accurate and uptodate information on study permit requirements, eligibility criteria, and relevant immigration policies.
Document Preparation:
Ensure all documentation complies with immigration regulations and standards.
Application Processing:
Compliance and Regulatory Knowledge:
Stay informed about changes in immigration laws, policies, and procedures, and update clients accordingly.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service and addressing any concerns or inquiries promptly.
Offer guidance on additional services related to immigration or educational support.
Collaboration:
Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders, such as educational institutions and government bodies, to facilitate smooth processes and resolve issues.
Record Keeping:

Qualifications and Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., immigration law, international relations, or related disciplines).
Proven experience as an immigration consultant, preferably with a focus on study permits.
Indepth knowledge of immigration laws, policies, and procedures.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and organizational abilities.
