Job Summary:
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Contacting clients regarding outstanding debts
- Liaising with Account and Project Managers if any debt disputes
- Preparing customer statements once a week
- Ensuring that debts are paid in a timely manner, flagging accounts not within agreed payment terms with the Credit Control Manager
- Posting Payments
- Updating Collect with payment dates and notes
- Excellent communication, customer service & relationship building skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites with excellent Excel skills and analytical skills
- Key attention to detail, strong organizational skills and ability to work on own initiative
- Ability to communicate effectively with various departments within the organisation
- Target Driven
- Accurate record keeping
Must have:
- Debt collection experience or customer care experience at least three years
- Degree (any)
