**- Oversee operations and sales within a designated geographical area for an MDF company
- Manage a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and business objectives
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and identify new market opportunities
- Build strong relationships with key clients and monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to optimize production, logistics, and customer service processes
- Possess excellent leadership, communication, and problemsolving skills
- Prior experience in the wood products industry and a strong understanding of the MDF market
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field required.
