We are seeking a highly motivated Telecaller who will be responsible for making outbound calls to current customers and promoting our services to potential clients.

You will be expected to build rapport with customers, identify their needs, deal with complaints & doubts and offer solutions that meet their requirements and.

You will be responsible for influencing existing or potential customers to buy products or services.

The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in customers and developing business.

Responsibilities

Knowing all the details of the product or service offerings.
Make outbound calls to potential customers and promote our services
Answer incoming calls from prospective customers
Identify customer needs and provide solutions through the company's products and services
Deal with complaints or doubts to safeguard the company's reputation
Provide accurate information about our services and pricing
Build and maintain positive relationships with future prospects.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling
Maintain a database of customer information and update it regularly
Keep record of every customer interaction and sales activities.
Go the "extra mile" to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales

Requirements:

Proven experience as telecaller or similar sales/customer service role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in English
Ability to build rapport with customers
Strong sales skills and a passion for selling
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
Good organizational and timemanagement skills
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
High school diploma or equivalent; degree in Marketing or relevant field is a plus
