Roles and Responsibilities Conduct tele-calling to engage prospective clients from our existing database.
Regularly update and proficiently utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to manage client interactions effectively.
Handle daily tasks involving new leads, follow-ups, and scheduled appointments.
Strive to convert customer interest into maximum site visits, aiming to meet monthly targets.
Maintain comprehensive knowledge about ongoing and new projects to assist clients thoroughly. Enhance the conversion rate of site visits through effective communication. Perform scheduled data mining tasks as assigned. Consistently record visitor details in designated entry sheets. Undertake any additional tasks delegated by management as required
Drive sales by proactively calling customers and creating sales opportunities for the sales team using provided leads.
Manage inbound and outbound calls in a prompt and efficient manner.
Maintain accurate MIS (Management Information System) records of client calls.
Proficiency in MS Office & MIS.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Experience in telecalling is advantageous. Freshers and individuals with 1 to 2 years' experience are welcome.
Salary:
₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
