- 1. Life science (pharmaceuticals & agrochemicals)
- CASE (paints, inks and adhesives)
- Strategic (lubricants, flavours and fragrance, plastics and polymers)

Customer Service Executive (2 positions)
Reporting to:
Business heads / CEO/ COO
female

1)Proficiency in Excel, Sales force.
Google Groups, and related technology:

Proficiency in written and verbal communication:

If they know Tally it is advantage, if they don't know tally will also do.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Sending quotations & processing orders.
- Ensuring seamless coordination with our overseas suppliers and Indian
- Coordinate samples delivery for customers.
- Effectively making and managing documentation for
- Effectively resolving customer issues and inquiries promptly.
Eligibility:
- any Graduate
Knowledge of import/export will be an added
advantage.
- Proficiency in Excel, Sales force. Google Groups, and related technology.
- Working knowledge of Tally is advantage, if they don't know tally will also do.
- Proficiency in written and verbal communication.
- Must have 1 to 2 years' experience in customer service.
- Familiarity with international shipping would be preferable.
CTC:
Rs 4- 5 lakhs
Office timing : 9 am pm (Alternate Saturdays are a half day working
Retiral benefits :
As per rules.
Leaves : 20 PL(paid leave), 4 SL(sick leave) & 4 CL.(casual leave)
