Customer Service Executive (2 positions)

Business heads / CEO/ COO

If they know Tally it is advantage, if they don't know tally will also do.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Sending quotations & processing orders.
Ensuring seamless coordination with our overseas suppliers and Indian

customers.

Coordinate samples delivery for customers.
Effectively making and managing documentation for

customers and suppliers for logistics.

Effectively resolving customer issues and inquiries promptly.

Eligibility:
- any Graduate

Knowledge of import/export will be an added

advantage.

Proficiency in Excel, Sales force. Google Groups, and related technology.
Working knowledge of Tally is advantage, if they don't know tally will also do.
Proficiency in written and verbal communication.
Must have 1 to 2 years' experience in customer service.
Familiarity with international shipping would be preferable.

Approximate

CTC:
Rs 4- 5 lakhs

Office timing : 9 am pm (Alternate Saturdays are a half day working

Retiral benefits :
As per rules.

Leaves : 20 PL(paid leave), 4 SL(sick leave) & 4 CL.(casual leave)
