Customer Service Executive (2 positions)

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Sending quotations & processing orders.
  • Ensuring seamless coordination with our overseas suppliers and Indian
customers.

  • Coordinate samples delivery for customers.
  • Effectively making and managing documentation for
customers and suppliers for logistics.

  • Effectively resolving customer issues and inquiries promptly.

Eligibility:
- any Graduate

Knowledge of import/export will be an added

advantage.

  • Proficiency in Excel, Sales force. Google Groups, and related technology.
  • Working knowledge of Tally is advantage, if they don't know tally will also do.
  • Proficiency in written and verbal communication.
  • Must have 1 to 2 years' experience in customer service.
  • Familiarity with international shipping would be preferable.
Approximate


CTC:
Rs 4- 5 lakhs

Office timing : 9 am pm (Alternate Saturdays are a half day working

Retiral benefits :
As per rules.

Leaves : 20 PL(paid leave), 4 SL(sick leave) & 4 CL.(casual leave)
