Description

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the executive's schedule, including arranging appointments, meetings, and travel itineraries.
  • Screen and direct phone calls and correspondence, taking messages and routing correspondence to the appropriate person or department.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations as needed.
  • Assist in organizing and maintaining files and records, both electronic and physical.
  • Coordinate and follow up on action items from meetings, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, filing, and organizing office spaces.
  • Provide administrative support to other team members as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, secretarial studies, or related field preferred.
  • 01 years of experience in a similar administrative role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
  • Professional demeanor and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Willingness to adapt and learn new tasks as required.

Job Types:

Pay:
₹13, ₹15,000.00 per month
