Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the executive's schedule, including arranging appointments, meetings, and travel itineraries.
- Screen and direct phone calls and correspondence, taking messages and routing correspondence to the appropriate person or department.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations as needed.
- Assist in organizing and maintaining files and records, both electronic and physical.
- Coordinate and follow up on action items from meetings, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, filing, and organizing office spaces.
- Provide administrative support to other team members as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, secretarial studies, or related field preferred.
- 01 years of experience in a similar administrative role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Professional demeanor and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Willingness to adapt and learn new tasks as required.

₹13, ₹15,000.00 per month
