Job Description:

Overall responsible for Quality assurance in projects

Facilitate effective process / tools implementation
Ensure delivered quality
Ensure Product Quality assurance

1. Facilitation in deployment of processes/tools

a. Project focus- Review & registering of Projects, Participate in Kick-off Meetings of projects. - Review of waivers /Alternate practices, resultant risks and mitigation plans. Conduct of Periodic Lessons Learnt and Best Practice identification sessions

Identification and sharing of Best Practices at the time of Project closure
Conduct of 8Ds as per service levels and CARs, Moderate 8D sessions. Escalate open issues in projects related to process and product quality in Periodic review of project by DH.

b. Department Focus

Verification of Project Quality Analyst activities
Independent Product/Process compliance reporting at department level
Support in Deployment of common QMM identified process changes, methods and tools at Dept. level including training and handholding. Ensure effective corrective and preventive action for Non-Conformities
Analyze defects at department level to identify common causes and recommend Measures. Prepare department level defect prevention plan and track implementation

c. Organisation focus

Interface with Central Quality teams (Tools) for department specific process related points
Identify & collect good sample artifacts for submission to Examples library.

_ Operative Excellence_

Provide inputs for Process / Tools improvement and communicate the same to the responsible for defining and maintaining Quality Management System (QMS).
Deployment of company goals related to Quality function in the departments in coordination with QMM
Handle process related queries from the project
Participate in customer Quality Assessments as applicable
Mentoring on Agile topics within the team

Qualifications:

B.E/B.Tech

Additional Information

5+ years experience in the SAP / ERP domain 5+ years experience in the SAP / ERP domain Overall 10+ years experience in Software areaWorked as Project Manager / Project lead is a plus
